Clara Colette Miramon founded her label in Berlin in 2021 and is one of this season's winners at Berlin Contemporary.

Her drive in fashion is to help women gain more self-confidence by strengthening their own body awareness. The young designer has already built up an international fan base, with rap stars such as Doja Cat and Kali Uchis wearing her creations.

Miramon has always been inspired by her own childhood memories, coming-of-age stories, and subcultures. For her extremely sensual looks, she skillfully combines traditional techniques, historical cuts and materials with contemporary pop culture.

At the same time, she questions and explores the traditional role of women and celebrates female sexuality. Specializing in corsets, which are sometimes reconstructed, reinterpreted or made from unconventional materials such as denim, her designs are often very figure-hugging and range from slim leggings and mini skirts to abstract dresses with what she calls “strategic” necklines.
