Terms and Conditions for our courses at Berlin Fashion X International: By using our platform and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1.    Introduction and Interpretation
    1.1.    I understand and accept that these terms and conditions (the “terms”), apply to all content provided to me by Berlin Fashion X International. The terms apply to all content provided online or at Fashion Council Germany and other third-party venues hosted by Berlin Fashion X International. 
    1.2.    Where examples are given in these terms by using words or phrases such as “including” or “for example”, I accept that this will not restrict the meaning of the general related words which are used for illustrative purposes only and the use of such words and phrases will not be deemed to be exhaustive.
    1.3.    I understand and accept that any references in these terms to “working days” are to days other than Saturdays and Sundays, public holidays, and any other days where Fashion Council Germany is closed.
2.    About Berlin Fashion X International and how I can contact the Office 
    2.1.    Berlin Fashion X International is powered by Fashion Council Germany e.V.. Fashion Council Germany e.V. is registered in Germany with the number VR 33910 B. The registered office address is Meinekestr. 12 | 10719 Berlin
    2.2.    I am aware that I can contact the Berlin Fashion X International by email at office@fashion-council-germany.org.
3.    User Eligibility
    3.1.    Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform and enroll in our courses with re.FASHION ACADEMY. If you are under 18, you may use our platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
    3.2.    Applying to a delegation trip: When applying, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
4.    Course Enrolment and Bookings
    4.1.    Course Availability: Course availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any course at any time, with or without cause. 
    4.2.    Course Fees: The Courses on the re.FASHION ACADEMY in cooperation with Berlin Fashion X International are free to everyone.
5.    Intellectual Property
    5.1.    Content: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, lecturers, documents, graphics, and images, are the intellectual property of Berlin Fashion X International/Fashion Council Germany or its instructors/speakers. These materials are protected by copyright laws and are intended for your personal use only.
    5.2.    3.2 Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any course content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Berlin Fashion X International/Fashion Council Germany.
6.    User Conduct: 
    6.1.    Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or disrupts the normal functioning of our platform.
    6.2 Respectful Communication: We expect all users to maintain a respectful and professional tone while interacting with instructors, fellow students, and our support team.
7.    Postponement
    7.1.     If a class is postponed for reasons for which Berlin Fashion X International is responsible, including staff illness, Berlin Fashion X International will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the class or to add the missed hours on to the remaining Course classes.
    7.2.    In these circumstances I acknowledge that Berlin Fashion X International apologises for any inconvenience caused and I am encouraged to contact office if I have any concerns.
8.    Privacy Policy
    8.1.    Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy, available at https://www.berlinfashioninternational.com/privacy. 
9.    Complaints
    9.1.    If I have any complaints about the Services, I should raise this with Berlin Fashion X International by contacting us at office@fashion-council-germany.org.
10.    Other important terms 
    10.1.    The Contract is between me and Berlin Fashion X International. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
    10.2.    Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
    10.3.    These terms and conditions are governed by the German Law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

 

By using Berlin Fashion X International, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform or enroll in our courses.
